Beef Enterprise Expansion  - Rob & Sarah

Grant-funded improvements enabled expansion of their Highland beef enterprise. Developments included a cold store, sorting area, customer collection point, kitchen facilities, display fridge and refrigerated trailer. These upgrades allow direct local sales, reduce food miles and retain value within the local economy while supporting sustainable land management.
